Important booking information
Date confirmation
A date is confirmed only after location and production approval, a signed agreement and receipt of the required payment.
Starting prices
Venue fees, permits, insurance, travel, parking, specialty rentals and third-party costs are included only when listed in writing.
Weather and access
Outdoor and restricted-access locations may require a backup plan, permits, additional labor or a venue change.
Fresh florals
Flowers are seasonal and equivalent substitutions may be required to maintain the approved palette and design value.
Media delivery
Photography and film deliverables, editing scope and delivery windows are confirmed in the final agreement.
Safety and venue rules
All installations remain subject to building rules, fire-safety requirements, load-in restrictions and final site approval.
