How it works

1. Request your date. Submit your preferred date, location ideas, budget and vision through our proposal booking page.
2. Private consultation. A Black Label concierge reviews your request and schedules a confidential planning call.
3. Concept and venue plan. We develop the visual direction, venue recommendations, timing plan and service scope.
4. Custom proposal and agreement. You receive a detailed written scope with final pricing, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule.
5. Production begins. After the agreement and required retainer are received, our team secures the approved vendors, venue access and production resources.
6. Proposal day. Our team handles setup, cueing, media, entertainment, transportation coordination and the final reveal.
7. Media delivery. Edited photography, films and social content are delivered according to the confirmed production agreement.

Important booking information

The $25,000 price is the starting level for Black Label production and does not automatically confirm a date or venue. Final pricing depends on the event address, venue fees, permits, insurance requirements, floral scale, entertainment, transportation, guest count, access, travel and customization. Venue fees and third-party costs are included only when specifically listed in the signed proposal. This is a non-shippable service product.
