Local Delivery and Store Pickup Policy

Ultimate Creations NY offers free store pickup and qualifying local delivery for flowers, balloon bouquets, gifts and celebration orders from our Fresh Meadows storefront.

Store pickup

Pickup is available at 189-03 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 during store hours:

Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–2:30 PM; earlier holiday-eve closing times may apply.
Saturday: Closed

Store pickup is free. Please wait until your order is confirmed ready before arriving. Custom arrangements, inflated balloons and large orders require preparation time.

Local delivery area and pricing

Eligible local delivery is available to qualifying addresses in New York and New Jersey within the active driving-distance service area. Checkout uses the exact delivery address and driving route from our Fresh Meadows store, not a straight-line radius or the ZIP code alone. Product eligibility, date, order value and route capacity also apply. Fresh flowers, bouquets and gift baskets are available for local delivery or store pickup only. Eligible non-perishable merchandise can have separate parcel-shipping options.

The extended tiers are configured to account for long-distance vehicle time and return travel. The checkout rate is based on the mapped driving route. Unusual tolls, parking, difficult access, oversized orders, event décor, installations or special handling are not dynamically itemized by the calculator and may require a separately confirmed adjustment or quote.

Same-day and priority delivery

The standard same-day cutoff is 6:00 PM Sunday–Thursday for eligible in-stock orders going to qualifying local addresses. Same-day service remains subject to inventory, preparation time, destination and route capacity. Friday and Jewish holiday-eve availability is limited and may end earlier. The store is closed Saturday. The date and time choices shown in the cart are the currently available request windows; a requested window is not guaranteed until accepted by our team.

Priority delivery options, when offered and accepted:
2–3 hour priority: add $25 to the applicable standard delivery fee.
90–120 minute rush: add $50 to the applicable standard delivery fee.
Dedicated/ASAP vehicle: add $75 to the applicable standard delivery fee.

Checkout and delivery information

Enter the complete delivery address and recipient information once during ordering. Available delivery dates and charges should be presented before payment. Delivery instructions are optional, but apartment, suite, doorman, venue, hospital, school or access details should be supplied when they are needed to complete delivery.

Unavailable recipients and redelivery

When the recipient cannot be reached, we may leave the order with an authorized doorman, front desk or responsible person when safe and permitted. Otherwise, the purchaser may need to arrange redelivery or pickup. A new delivery charge may apply before a second trip is dispatched.

Memberships and promotions

Rose Club or other product discounts do not automatically discount delivery, waive delivery minimums or include free delivery unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

Substitutions

Fresh flowers, containers, balloons and gift items can become unavailable. We may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended style and occasion. Contact us before ordering for a strict no-substitution request.

Weather, access and safety

Severe weather, traffic, building restrictions, venue rules and unsafe conditions can affect delivery. We will communicate material changes using the contact information supplied with the order.
