Ultimate Creations NY offers store pickup and qualifying local delivery for flowers, balloon bouquets, gifts and custom celebration orders.

Store pickup

Pickup is available at 189-03 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 during store hours:

Sunday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: Open; call before a time-sensitive visit because seasonal and holiday hours may vary.
Friday: Closes at 2:30 PM
Saturday: Closed

Please wait until your order is confirmed ready before arriving. Custom arrangements, inflated balloons and large orders require preparation time.

Local delivery

Delivery availability, method and price depend on the destination, product type, order size and route capacity. Enter complete delivery information when ordering. A displayed requested date or time is not guaranteed until accepted by our team.

Same-day service

Same-day orders are accepted only when inventory, preparation time and delivery capacity allow. Call (844) 503-5300 for urgent requests. Friday service ends earlier and varies by season; the store is closed Saturday.

Recipient and access information

Provide the recipient's full name, mobile number, complete address, apartment or suite, building access instructions and any doorman, reception, hospital, school, funeral-home or venue details. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

Unavailable recipients

When the recipient cannot be reached, we may leave the order with an authorized doorman, front desk or responsible person when safe and permitted. Otherwise, the purchaser may need to arrange redelivery or pickup. Additional delivery charges can apply.

Substitutions

Fresh flowers, containers, balloons and gift items can become unavailable. We may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended style and occasion. Contact us before ordering for a strict no-substitution request.

Weather, access and safety

Severe weather, traffic, building restrictions, venue rules and unsafe conditions can affect delivery. We will communicate material changes using the contact information supplied with the order.
