Venue overages, permits, parking, tolls, congestion-related expenses, security, insurance requirements, premium dates, seasonal floral substitutions, transportation overages, guest-count increases, late-night service, weather contingencies and custom production are additional when applicable.

Booking policy: Your date is not confirmed until availability is approved and the required nonrefundable retainer or full payment is received. Alcohol service, live entertainment, transportation and outdoor activation are subject to venue rules, availability and applicable law.
