Rush Delivery Upgrade

Need your order sooner?

Add optional priority handling and expedited local delivery to an eligible Ultimate Creations NY order. This is a rush surcharge only. Your normal local delivery charge still applies.

• Priority Rush — $25: request a target delivery window of 2–3 hours after our team accepts the rush request.
• Express Rush — $50: request a target delivery window of 90–120 minutes after our team accepts the rush request.
• ASAP / Dedicated Driver — from $75: request the earliest available dedicated delivery. Timing and any additional charge must be quoted and approved before dispatch.

Availability must be confirmed. Paying for a rush upgrade does not guarantee immediate acceptance, override preparation time, reopen a closed delivery date, or reserve a driver automatically. Timing depends on stock, preparation, the delivery address, traffic, and driver availability. Contact the store before ordering when you have a firm deadline.

Choose local delivery and an available delivery date in the cart. Add only one rush upgrade per order going to one delivery address. This service is not valid for pickup, parcel shipping, subscription renewals, or stand-alone purchase. Large balloon installations, oversized orders, and special vehicle deliveries require a separate quote.

If we cannot accept your requested rush service, we will contact you to agree on an alternative or arrange a refund of the unused rush surcharge.
