Shipping and Delivery Policy

Ultimate Creations NY offers free store pickup, qualifying local delivery and parcel shipping for eligible merchandise. Available options depend on the product, exact destination, order value, requested date and current route capacity.

Free store pickup

Store pickup is free at 189-03 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366. Please wait for confirmation that the order is ready before arriving. Custom arrangements, inflated balloons and large orders require preparation time.

Local delivery

Qualifying New York and New Jersey addresses may be eligible for driving-route delivery from our Fresh Meadows store. Checkout calculates the route to the exact address rather than using a straight-line radius or ZIP code alone.

  • 0–3 driving miles: $9.99, $35 merchandise minimum
  • Over 3–5 miles: $14.99, $35 minimum
  • Over 5–8 miles: $19.99, $50 minimum
  • Over 8–12 miles: $29.99, $50 minimum
  • Over 12–15 miles: $39.99, $75 minimum
  • Over 15–20 miles: $49.99, $100 minimum
  • Over 20–35 miles: $24.99 base + $3.25 per driving mile, $150 minimum
  • Over 35–50 miles: $24.99 base + $3.25 per driving mile, $250 minimum
  • Over 50–75 miles: $24.99 base + $3.25 per driving mile, $400 minimum

The extended tiers are configured to account for long-distance vehicle time and return travel. Unusual tolls, parking, difficult access, oversized orders, installations or special handling are not dynamically itemized and may require a separately confirmed adjustment or quote.

Parcel shipping

Fresh flowers, fresh bouquets, prepared arrangements and gift baskets are available for local delivery or store pickup only and are not sent by UPS, USPS or other parcel carriers. Eligible non-perishable merchandise can display separate parcel-shipping services and prices at checkout.

Dates, times and delivery information

The cart shows currently available date and time request windows. A requested window is not guaranteed until accepted by our team. Delivery instructions are optional, but apartment, suite, doorman, venue, hospital, school or access details should be supplied when they are needed to complete delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery and a separate redelivery charge may apply before a second trip is dispatched.
