Recurring Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided at the frequency and price displayed at checkout until the subscription is canceled. Taxes and any applicable delivery or service charges may be added where stated.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date. Manage the subscription through the customer account or subscription-management link when available, or contact us at (844) 503-5300 or ultimatecreationsny@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.
Membership Benefits
Rose Club and other membership benefits apply only to qualifying products and are subject to inventory, stated limits, pickup or delivery eligibility and the terms shown on the product page. A membership does not guarantee that every rose variety, color, quantity or delivery time will be available. Benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined unless specifically allowed.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law or when Ultimate Creations NY approves a correction for a verified billing error. Perishable products purchased through a membership remain subject to the Refund & Returns Policy.
Changes
We may change future pricing, benefits or eligibility with notice where required. A change does not alter a completed purchase retroactively. Customers who do not accept a future change may cancel before the next renewal.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
