3. Our florist designs the arrangement using the freshest suitable seasonal flowers available.

Flower Availability and Substitutions

Exact varieties, containers and colors may vary by season and market availability. Thoughtful substitutions may be made while preserving the overall style, value and color direction. We contact the purchaser before a major change when timing permits.

Pickup and Local Delivery

Pickup is available from our Fresh Meadows storefront. For urgent same-day requests, call as early as possible with the delivery ZIP code, requested date, recipient information and preferred budget. Same-day service depends on inventory, destination, customization, order size and route capacity and is confirmed only when accepted. Fresh Flower Care

Keep the arrangement in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heaters and drafts. Check the water daily and replenish with fresh water as needed. Remove fading blooms to help the remaining flowers last longer.
