Tamara’s Private-Home Bat Mitzvah in Long Island | Blush Balloon Décor, Custom Tent & Rentals

For Tamara’s Bat Mitzvah at a private home in Long Island, Ultimate Creations NY transformed the backyard into a coordinated celebration space with a custom tent, guest tables and chairs, a statement balloon backdrop, floral centerpieces and event rentals. The finished design used a soft palette of blush pink, dusty rose, peach, champagne, white and rose-gold tones for a modern, feminine look that still felt clean and refined.

Custom Private-Home Bat Mitzvah Setup in Long Island

The event was built around a white tent arranged for guest seating with round tables, clear acrylic chairs and dimensional white leaf-pattern linens. Oversized blush balloon installations were suspended throughout the tent to create height and visual continuity, while compact white hydrangea arrangements in blush containers repeated the color story on the tables.

The rental scope included the tent, tables, clear chairs and a bar for the private-home celebration, allowing the backyard to function as a complete event environment rather than a collection of separate décor pieces.

Blush, Rose-Gold & Neutral Balloon Backdrop

A dedicated focal area featured a gold circular frame dressed with sheer pink tulle and an organic balloon installation. The balloon palette mixed pink, peach, white, champagne, bronze and rose-gold shades in multiple sizes, with pampas accents adding soft natural texture. This area created a strong photo moment while matching the colors used throughout the tent.

Florals, Centerpieces & Full-Tent Styling

White hydrangea centerpieces kept the tables bright and elegant against the textured linens. Clear chairs helped the seating feel visually open, while the overhead balloon details and coordinated table accents connected the room from floor to ceiling. A personalized “Happy Bat Mitzvah Tamara” lawn display also welcomed guests at the front of the private home.

This completed Ultimate Creations NY project is shown as inspiration for families planning a Bat Mitzvah, birthday, bridal shower, baby celebration or another private-home event. The same design direction can be adapted to a different venue, color palette, theme, guest count, tent size, budget and décor scope.
