Completed Ultimate Creations NY project: a soccer-themed Bar Mitzvah at Millenium 99 Hall in Queens, New York. The design paired a playful sports concept with a polished event look using mint green, black and white décor with gold table accents.
Soccer-Themed Bar Mitzvah Design
The main focal area featured an oversized black-and-white soccer ball, soccer-field graphics, a black-and-white hexagon pattern and green turf. Organic balloon clusters in mint green, black and white framed the installation and created a strong photo backdrop for guests.
Balloon Backdrop and Focal Area
The balloon styling was built around the soccer theme rather than treated as a separate decoration. Large and standard balloons were layered around the graphic panels, with oversized white balloons anchoring the base and green turf extending the field look onto the floor.
Centerpieces, Florals and Table Styling
The dining tables continued the concept with glossy black centerpiece vessels, soccer-ball accents and white calla lilies. Black linens were paired with white marble-look plates, gold flatware, gold-trimmed glassware and gold chairs, giving the room a more elevated finish while keeping the sports theme clearly visible.
Themed Details and Guest Presentation
A coordinated kippah display used soccer-ball props and matching black-and-white details, tying a Bar Mitzvah essential into the event design. These smaller themed moments helped the room feel intentional from the entrance and guest tables through the main photo area.
