Rachel’s Silver & Ivory Birthday Backdrop with Balloon Arch

Rachel’s birthday celebration was styled around a polished silver, pearl-white and champagne palette, creating a modern photo-ready focal point that feels elegant without becoming overly formal. This is a completed Ultimate Creations NY event décor project, shown here so clients can use the details as inspiration for their own birthday, milestone or private celebration in Queens and throughout NYC.

Custom Birthday Backdrop & Focal Area

The centerpiece of the setup is a layered birthday backdrop featuring a soft shimmering bokeh-style panel personalized with “Rachel” in reflective gold lettering. A coordinating white panel with oversized Birthday Happy typography creates an asymmetrical, editorial look, while the freestanding white “R” prop adds a personalized dimensional element to the photo area.

Silver, Ivory & Champagne Balloon Arch

An organic balloon installation frames both sides of the backdrop using a mix of oversized and smaller balloons in metallic silver, soft pearl, ivory and warm champagne tones. The varied balloon sizes create depth and movement around the focal area while keeping the overall color story sophisticated and cohesive.

Floral & Rental Details

A tall white floral accent in a reflective vase softens the left side of the installation. A clear acrylic chair is positioned within the setup as a practical photo-area rental element that keeps the backdrop visually open and allows the balloons and custom panels to remain the focus.

These photos concentrate on the dedicated birthday backdrop and photo moment rather than table centerpieces or full-room styling, so only the décor elements visible in the completed installation are shown here.
