Luxury Lavender & Blush 13th Birthday Floral Dinner at Posh Pizza

This completed Ultimate Creations NY project transformed the private room at Posh Pizza into an intimate 13th birthday celebration centered on lush florals, a refined tablescape and a custom focal area. The design used a soft palette of lavender, blush pink, purple and warm neutrals to create a youthful look that still felt polished and elevated.

Lavender, Blush & Purple 13th Birthday Design

The color story was built around pink roses, lavender and purple florals, hydrangea, delicate filler flowers and feathery lavender accents. Warm neutral table linens and natural woven chargers grounded the brighter floral colors, while white tableware and black-and-gold chopsticks kept the place settings crisp and modern.

Floral Centerpieces & Tablescape

Multiple substantial centerpieces were arranged down the long dining table to create a continuous floral experience from one end of the private room to the other. The arrangements mixed low, dense hydrangea and rose groupings with taller airy stems for depth and movement. Custom butterfly-themed napkins and printed menus repeated the lavender palette at each place setting and tied the entire table together.

Backdrop & Birthday Focal Area

The focal area featured illuminated 13 marquee numbers, a white display cart and a soft arched Happy Birthday backdrop accented with cascading lilac floral details and greenery. The setup created a dedicated photo moment without overpowering the intimate scale of the restaurant private room.

Full-Room Styling

The floral installations, custom tablescape and birthday focal area were positioned to work with the room’s existing greenery ceiling, warm globe lighting and arched wall niches. Rather than relying on balloon décor, this project was intentionally floral-forward, using flowers, the illuminated number display and the backdrop as the primary decorative elements.

This is a real completed Ultimate Creations NY project and can be used as inspiration for a birthday dinner, milestone celebration, private restaurant event or other intimate gathering.
