Jacob’s Bar Mitzvah at Kol Israel of Jamaica Estates | Custom Event Décor

For Jacob’s Bar Mitzvah at Kol Israel of Jamaica Estates in Queens, New York, Ultimate Creations NY delivered a fully customized décor and setup built around a bold royal-blue, orange, metallic gold, silver and white palette. The finished celebration combined custom linens, personalized sweets and printed details, balloon installations, florals, centerpieces, themed props and full-room styling into one coordinated experience.

Custom Bar Mitzvah Décor Designed as One Complete Look

Rather than treating each décor element separately, we carried the same color story and visual language across the room. Royal-blue linens and gold accents set the foundation, while blue-and-white florals, metallic balloon details and personalized Jacob elements connected the dessert display, tables, photo areas and room décor.

Statement Dessert Display and Personalized Sweets

The dessert area served as one of the main focal points. A green hedge backdrop with gold “Jacob” lettering was framed by large blue-and-white floral arrangements and crystal accents. The coordinated sweets presentation included a tiered cake, personalized cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, chocolates, candy jars and additional custom treats displayed in blue, white and gold.

Balloons, Backdrops and Full-Room Styling

Balloon décor was used throughout the celebration, including a large balloon arch, metallic balloon photo moments and character-inspired balloon sculptures in the event palette. A custom printed step-and-repeat with metallic balloon columns and a red-carpet entrance created a separate photo-op area, while custom Jacob balloon letters added another personalized feature inside the room.

Florals, Centerpieces, Linens and Table Details

The floral design featured blue and white hydrangeas, white roses, orchids and calla lilies with greenery, gold foliage and crystal details. Custom royal-blue linens, gold napkins and coordinated formal place settings extended the design down to the guest tables. A dedicated kippah display was also styled with matching florals and blue presentation details.

Custom Prints, Props and Full-Service Setup

Personalized printed details appeared throughout the event, including the custom step-and-repeat and name-driven dessert pieces. The setup also incorporated crystal pedestal stands, dessert risers, balloon structures, decorative display pieces and coordinated presentation elements. Ultimate Creations NY handled the overall styling and setup so the room read as one complete custom Bar Mitzvah design.
