Ultimate Creations NY designed and styled this completed Esther’s Challah Bake and bridal shower project at the Bukharian Jewish Community Center of Jamaica Estates in Queens, New York. The room was built around a soft blush, white, pink, and greenery palette, creating a warm bridal atmosphere that also carried cleanly through the challah bake tables and buffet area.
Blush Bridal Shower Backdrop & Focal Area
The main focal point featured floor-to-ceiling blush draping, two tall blush-wrapped columns, and a white rounded arch panel finished with softly gathered blush fabric. An illuminated “Bride to Be” sign created the center of the photo moment. Large floral clusters were installed high on both side columns, while a vertical floral treatment framed the center arch for a layered, garden-inspired finish.
Pink & White Floral Design
The floral palette combined visible white hydrangeas, pink and white roses, airy white filler flowers, greenery, and trailing foliage. The same floral language was repeated from the backdrop into the tables so the entire room felt intentional rather than pieced together. Long, low centerpieces gave the tables a full look without blocking guests across the table.
Centerpieces, Candles & Table Styling
Blush table linens reinforced the color story, while floral runners and arrangements were paired with warm flameless candle accents. Additional tables used simple bud vases with individual pink and white roses and more candlelight, giving the room variation while keeping the overall design cohesive.
Esther’s Challah Bake Custom Buffet Display
The serving area was personalized with a large “Esther’s Challah Bake” front panel featuring oversized blush and pink floral graphics. This branded detail turned a functional buffet station into part of the visual experience and tied it back to the event’s feminine floral theme.
Full-Room Event Styling
This project demonstrates how a bridal shower and challah bake can share one coordinated décor direction: a statement backdrop for photos, lush florals for the guest tables, soft linens, candle accents, and customized signage. No balloon décor was used in the visible setup; the impact came from draping, florals, signage, and thoughtful repetition of the pink-and-white palette throughout the room.
Clients can use this completed Ultimate Creations NY project as inspiration and customize the concept for a different event type, venue, color palette, theme, guest count, room size, budget, or décor scope. The backdrop can be simplified or expanded, florals can be adjusted in scale and flower mix, and table styling can be tailored to the layout and number of guests.
