Ultimate Creations NY designed this completed Brit milah décor installation at Beit Eliyahu Synagogue in Fresh Meadows, Queens around a polished baby-boy palette of light blue, royal blue, white and metallic silver. The room was styled to feel celebratory and coordinated from the focal backdrop to the guest tables.
Blue, White & Silver Brit Milah Theme
The design used layered shades of blue with white and silver accents to create a bright, elegant look that worked naturally with the synagogue reception space. Light blue textured table linens, white chair covers, blue napkins and matching balloon details tied the room together.
Statement “Oh Baby” Backdrop
The focal area featured a dark marble-style printed backdrop with gold veining, a glowing “Oh Baby” sign and an oversized organic balloon garland. Baby blue, white and metallic silver balloons framed the backdrop, with dimensional star-shaped balloon accents adding height and movement.
Balloon Centerpieces & Full-Room Styling
Guest tables were finished with tall balloon centerpieces in coordinated blue, white and silver tones. Baby-themed foil balloons and star accents topped the designs, creating height and a festive visual rhythm throughout the room. The repeated centerpieces helped carry the event theme from table to table while keeping the floor plan visually open.
This project was intentionally balloon-forward rather than floral-forward; no floral arrangements are visible in the completed setup. The impact came from the balloon installations, linens, table styling, backdrop and coordinated event details.
